Rocky Mountain Goat

 

 

The Rocky Mountain Goat is found only in North America.
They reside at high elevations and are sure-footed climbers.
To keep away from predators, they often rest on a rocky cliff that predators cannot climb.
Last Spring we went to Glacier Park, Montana, to see wild goat. We were lucky enough to see them but they were at a great distance.
This Spring we were lucky enough to find them 10 miles from home, up Little Cottonwood Canyon.
