Farmington Bay Wetlands
We have about 12 nesting pairs of Bald Eagles, that are known, in Utah. They come to Utah between November and March.
They come to feed at Farmington Bay for the winter.
We went to Farmington Bay this spring; we had a hard time finding the Bald Eagles when we knew they were there.
When you do see the Bald Eagle flying it is such a beautiful sight it heals your heart and lifts your soul.
Farmington Bay is in Salt lake City, Utah along the Great Salt Lake shoreline, where 75% of Utah’s wetlands provide nesting and feeding areas for the Bald Eagles.
The spring time is a great time to watch Bald Eagles, from April to June.
