The Temple Square
The centerpiece of these beautifully landscaped grounds in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City is the 6-spired Mormon Temple.
It is the one you always see on television.
Also located on the square as it is referred to, is the domed Tabernacle home to the famous Tabernacle Choir. The public is invited to the rehearsals and organ recitals.
The New Conference Center
The new home, for the semi-annual general conferences, of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It has a 21,000 seat auditorium. The roof is a terraced complex of landscaped trees, shrubs, flowers, waterfalls, and fountains.

LDS Church Office Building
Worldwide headquarters of the LDS Church. This building has 26 floors with observation decks and views of the beautiful mountains. Open for escorted tours.
Joseph Smith Memorial Building
This building is listed on the national Registry of Historic Buildings.
The Garden and The Roof Restaurants are located on the 10th floor and have a lovely view overlooking the Temple Square.
There is an hour long film about the life of Jesus Christ.

There is much to see and do at The Temple Square. It is a busy place all times of the year, with tourist from all over the world.
