Only 100 people and crew could go at one time.
Flying at that speed and range the outside temperature is 400*, enough to melt an average plane. The plane latterly stretched 6 to 10 inches due to heat.
The cost of a round-trip- ticket from London to New York was a mere $3900.00 even at this staggering price; 2.5 million people flew on the Concorde.
When the Concorde takes off and land the pilot adjusts the nose of the plane to drop so he can see to take off and land. In the air it is just like all other planes.
