Diet for results mean, down sizing the portion size.  What is a reasonable portion size?
Here is an easy way to remember the portion size that gets results.
1 cup of corn flakes----size of a fist
1 pancake----1compact disc
1/2 cup of rice, pasta or potatoes----1/2 baseball
1 slice of bread----1 cassette tape
1 piece of corn bread----1 bar of soap
1 cup salad greens----1 baseball
1 baked patatoe----1 fist
1/2 cup of fruit----1/2 baseball
1/4 cup of raisins----1 egg
1 1/2 oz. cheese----4 dice
1/2 cup of ice cream----1/2 baseball
3 oz. of grilled or baked fish----checkbook
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter----1 ping pong ball
Your seccess is dependent on these portion sizes, and physical activity.
